Welcome to HOUFashion.com (“HOU Fashion,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). This Shipping Policy explains how we process and deliver orders exclusively within the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region.
1. Service Area
We currently ship only to GCC countries:

Orders placed with addresses outside these countries will be cancelled and refunded.
2. Order Processing

Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation once your order and payment are received.

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Sunday–Thursday, excluding UAE public holidays).

Pre-order/Custom Items: If extra processing time is required, it will be mentioned on the product page.

All rates are displayed in AED during checkout.
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International duties or local taxes within GCC countries (outside the UAE) are the customer’s responsibility.

HOU Fashion is not liable for delays due to customs inspections.
6. Order Tracking
Once shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link so you can monitor your shipment in real time.
7. Address Accuracy

Please ensure the shipping address is complete and correct.

We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

To request an address change after ordering, email team@houfashion.com within 12 hours.
8. Delivery Issues
If your package shows “delivered” but you have not received it, please contact the courier directly and email team@houfashion.com with your order number. We are not liable for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.
